Dear Mark,
I typically apply to jobs directly posted on the company's website but absolutely get no responses at all. This Jan 2007, I shall officially have three years "full time" work experience. Is it possible that the scanner in some of these websites may not be picking up my application because it does not seem to be reading my full time work experience + 2 years I spent in Business School?
I'm just frustrated. I've worked on my resume and done my homework otherwise, but am not even getting calls for interviews.

It's hard for me to believe that the scanner's not picking up your response. I think the first thing to consider is having a resume coach review your CV and cover letter, and get some feedback. Have you done that?
