California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's plan to curb greenhouse gases in California includes 211 additions to the state's payroll - accountants among them. The jobs seem to be low-level - SFGate.com calls them "accounting technicians" - but it's a story worth keeping an eye on if you're on the West Coast and are looking for opportunities in what's certain to be a growing sector.
