Jean Chatzky has a column about business etiquette in the New York Daily News. Reading it, I thought an awful lot of it was stating the obvious, and then I realized how many times I've run into people or situations where obvious things - like being on-time for meetings or staying involved in a conversation despite the fact your BlackBerry's buzzing - were being ignored.
