My sister is seeking a "J-O-B" and is interviewing for one that sounds like a nightmare to me. In the job description, given the title "Training Director" she's required to be:
a) fluent in html (to create her own web based training materials)
b) experienced in hiring/managing home based employees
c) have strong selling skills for internal and external sales
All in addition to creating/delivering training.
If that's the kind of garbage that's appearing on the "big boards" then it's little wonder smart job seekers are looking to the "targeted" ads.
